Achieve CU Announces New Senior Managers
Achieve Credit Union, based in Elyria, OH, has expanded its senior management team to include Michelle Gonzalez, Director of Member Services, and Shannon Fridrich, Director of Product Services.

"We promoted two experienced Branch Managers in Shannon and Michelle who understand our mission and culture because they know and live it."
Michelle Gonzalez, Director of Member Services
Michelle Gonzalez has been with Achieve Credit Union since 2007. She has held several positions within the credit union including Member Services Coordinator, Financial Services Representative, and Financial Services Representative Coordinator. Michelle served as Lorain Branch Manager for the last 9 years.
In her new role as Director of Member Services, Michelle will lead and oversee all aspects of member services. She will be responsible for ensuring exceptional member experience while driving the strategic growth of the credit union. She will oversee the functions within the branches, lead the branch managers, and develop and execute training and education plans for the department staff.
Michelle has over 25 years of experience in financial lending and services, with 15 years of management experience. She is a longtime Lorain County resident who grew up in LaGrange and has lived in Lorain for the last 25 years.
Shannon Fridrich, Director of Product Services
Shannon Fridrich launched her financial services career immediately following high school, starting at Lighthouse Credit Union (now Cardinal Credit Union), in Ashtabula, OH.
Shannon graduated from Lorain County Community College with an Associate of Arts and an Associate of Applied Business Administration in Management. She then joined Achieve Credit Union in April 2007 as a teller. A promotion to Member Services Representative quickly followed.
In 2010, Shannon earned another promotion to Loan Specialist and then served as Financial Services Representative Coordinator. Shannon worked as Elyria Branch Manager before becoming Director of Product Services.
Shannon will oversee account, lending, and underwriting operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
