- At the prompt, enter Account # (no preceding zeroes).
- Enter the last four digits of the primary accountholder's Social Security Number. Press the # key.
- You will be asked for a PIN.
- Enter your PIN, then press the # key.
To repeat menu choice, Press #.
To return to the previous menu, Press *.
To return to the opening menu, Press **.
